Master Builders uses Card Access Services to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card and charge card transactions.
As a Payment Processor and Service Provider, Card Access Services operates sophisticated systems and employs processes to secure payment card data during transmission and storage to ensure that our customers are protected at all times from fraudulent activities and attacks in accordance with PCI DSS.

What if I need to return something I purchase?
We're happy to accept returns if the goods are or become faulty through no fault of your own; are not fit for a stated purpose or for a purpose you made known to our staff; don’t match our description or sample; or have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Goods will be delivered to the delivery address within 7-10 working days. Depending on your location and stock availability, your order may arrive within a week. Please allow an additional 5 working days during the Christmas and Easter holiday periods.
If your order is likely to take longer than two weeks to fill, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time upon receiving your order.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
After placing your order with Master Builders, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If your order hasn't arrived within two weeks, please call us on 1300 30 50 10 or email us and we will track your order for you.
