The course requires demonstration of the management and planning of the building process so students must have access to a construction worksite.

Face-to-face full price:

• Members: $8,221 (GST exempt)
• Non-members: $8,421 (GST exempt)

Members payment plan: initial deposit of $1,500 + 10 monthly payments of $672.10
Non-members payment plan: initial deposit of $1,500 + 10 monthly payments of $692.10

Face-to-face funded prices:

• CSQ funded members: $3,756 (GST exempt)*
• CSQ funded non-members: $3,956 (GST exempt)*
• BERT funded: fee free for current BERT members or employees of contributing BERT employers ($100 enrolment fee applies - Inc. GST)^

Members payment plan: initial deposit of $950 + 10 monthly payments of $280.60
Non-members payment plan: initial deposit of $950 + 10 monthly payments of $300.60

CSQ provides funding to reduce the financial obstacle to training, making upskilling an affordable option for many more individuals in the construction industry. *CSQ funds to a maximum of $446.50 per unit for this course (subject to funding availability and eligibility criteria).

To enrol students must:

• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years building and construction industry specific experience in commercial construction work (over three stories) or completion of a Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) qualification or hold a current Medium rise licence
• Have a solid level of operational knowledge and skill at a Diploma level
• Demonstrate a satisfactory level of Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills
• Have access to internet and email
• Have access to a construction worksite
• Have a modern laptop (preferably Windows based) with Microsoft programs, Google Chrome and Adobe Reader, that can be used throughout the course duration for class work and assessments
• You will need access to a building and construction site as you will be required to demonstrate the management and planning of components of the building process, record them, and get the required sign-off by a qualified person for the project/s.

Full RPL (10 units) prices:

• Members: $4,500 (GST exempt)
• Non-members: $4,600 (GST exempt)
• Funded - BERT members: Course fully-funded.^ Students just pay $100 admin fee.

RPL Site Supervisor (4 units only) prices:

• Members: $2,000 (GST exempt)
• Non-members: $2,200 (GST exempt)
• Funded - BERT members: Course fully-funded.^ Students just pay $100 admin fee.

Payment plan for all RPL options:

• Stage 1 payment: $250
• Stage 2 payment: $750
• Final payment on completion of assessment: remaining balance of fees.

For RPL, prior to enrolment, candidates must be:

• Demonstrate and provide relevant evidence of at least four years’ experience on-site supervising all trades with a licensed builder in open building projects
• Demonstrate a sufficient level of Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills
• Have access to internet and email
• Have a modern laptop (preferably Windows based) with Microsoft programs and Adobe Reader, that can be used throughout the course duration.
