Course outline
In this practical workshop, we’ll walk you through what you need to do when applying for an adjudication or when responding to an adjudication application. For smaller claims, it is often better to do the preparation yourself but you need to understand the process otherwise you may have an invalid application or response.
You'll learn:
- Critical time frames that apply
- How to write your arguments
- How to prove your rights
- How to present your evidence
- What to expect from the other party, and
- What you can do if you are unsuccessful.

CSQ provides funding to reduce the financial obstacle to training, making upskilling an affordable option for many more individuals in the construction industry. ^CSQ contributes towards the cost of this course under the small business program. Eligibility criteria applies – enrolling student must be a small business owner or employee of a building and construction business (directly involved in the administrative day-to-day running of the business).
