Government building contract survey

We're once again conducting a survey of our commercial members who are, or have been, the head contractor on a government building project.

This survey is for Queensland government building projects on foot between April 2023 and March 2024 and will be open until the end of March 2024.

This annual survey builds on the survey conducted earlier this year and will assist with our advocacy with the Queensland Government for fairer contractual risk allocations, better administration of contracts and improved tender processes.

A survey should be completed for each relevant project and multiple surveys can be completed by members.

Survey results will be collated as anonymous data on contractors' views and perceptions of government building contracts.
