National Awards – Queensland winners
The National Excellence in Building & Construction Awards are the annual culmination of a nationwide Housing & Construction Awards process to determine the best of the best each year, held by Master Builders Australia.
To be in the running for a National Excellence Award, entrants must have progressed from winning awards in their state or territory and must be nominated by their local Master Builders Association to be judged for a national award.

Queenslanders won the two most prestigious titles at Master Builders Australia’s National Excellence in Building & Construction Awards 2025. The Sunshine State dominated at the event at Morphettville Racecourse, Adelaide, on Friday 28 November, taking out 15 of the 51 categories. Read the 2025 media release.

- National Renovations/Extensions Award – over $2 Million – Corella Construction for Wilston Renovation (Brisbane)
- National Contract Home Award – under $400,000 – Gordon Bourke Constructions for Rowies Retreat (Downs & Western)
- Master Builders Insurance Brokers National Contract Home Award – $600,000 to $800,000 – SX Homes for The Waterhen (Sunshine Coast)
- National Contract Home Award – $800,000 to $1 Million – Phillip Bonaventura for The View (Mackay & Whitsunday)
