"Here on the Gold Coast, we face many challenges – yet this provides us with so many opportunities. The future of our industry is positive,” Master Builders Regional Manager – Gold Coast, Adam Profke, said.
“Our region is leading Queensland’s crane count, surpassing Brisbane, and with more than 20 major projects on the cards, our commercial sector is well and truly super charged. That’s not to mention the housing we need to accommodate another 340,000 people, taking our region’s population to 1 million.
“Against the backdrop of this booming demand, our 2026 Awards entrants and winners have proven their incredible capabilities for ingenuity, construction quality, and finding ways to work smarter and safer to deliver the homes and projects the Gold Coast needs. Congratulations to you all – the industry is truly in safe hands.”

Winner of the 2026 Gold Coast Gold Group Consulting House of the Year Award – Enclave Constructions for Archelia. Enclave Constructions' Archelia project embodies a refined residential build delivered with strong attention to precision. The structural system is a standout feature of the five-level project, while the restricted site access required careful coordination across trades to ensure quality standards. A focus on buildability and program efficiency resulted in a cohesive outcome, boasting premium interior finishes and luxury features delivered to an exceptionally high standard. Combining structural ingenuity with architectural beauty, this is a home of enduring quality and distinction.
Winner of the 2026 Gold Coast BUSSQ Building Super President’s Award – Grimmond Construction for Monaco. Monaco is an extraordinary and unique residence showcasing an exceptional level of technical difficulty, and the finish is truly outstanding. From the full-width glass curtain spanning the entire façade, to the cantilevered floating entry statement, and the 57-custom diamond-shaped plaster arches defining the interior, accuracy and consistency were paramount to bring the symmetrical design to life. Grimmond Construction collaborated with its subcontractors, specialist consultants and a committed client on a shared vision, delivering a grand family home that challenges convention.
