Everyone has a role in preventing sexual harassment at work

See Course Details below for eligibility requirements.

Why enrol?

The legislation imposes a duty on employers to prevent workplace sex discrimination, harassment and victimisation. The Fair Work Act 2009 also provides powers to the Fair Work Commission to stop sexual harassment and order compensation to people affected by sexual harassment at work.

This workshop will help your employees, and therefore your business, meet legal obligations.

  • Understand the expected workplace behaviours and processes to prevent sexual harassment
  • Be able to identify work sexual harassment and what to do if you witness unacceptable behaviour
