Master Builders Queensland is set to officially open its landmark display village at Lilywood Landings, the first in the newly established Moreton Bay city of Waraba.
Delivered in partnership with Lennium Group, the display village will showcase 31 homes from 18 of South East Queensland’s leading builders. Twelve builders will open 17 homes to the public on Saturday 25 October, with the remainder to be completed in the coming months.
“This project is one we are immensely proud to be part of,” Master Builders Manager – Display Villages, Greg Byrne said.
“It brings together some of the region’s most respected home builders in one location, offering a diverse range of styles and designs to suit every lifestyle.”
Emerging trends on display include external curves, feature brickwork, and skillion-style roofs inspired by the late 1960s. Popular design themes such as Japandi, Australian Palm Springs, Coastal Hamptons, and modern farmhouse are already generating buzz, alongside timeless classics reimagined for contemporary living.
“Each home has been thoughtfully designed to elevate style, comfort, and liveability,” Mr Byrne said.
“Whether you're seeking a private sanctuary or a space to entertain, there’s something for everyone. Our builders’ vision and craftsmanship shine through in every detail.
“It’s been a privilege working with our builders as they have constructed these exceptional homes with care and precision over the last nine months. It’s so exciting to now have the doors open for new home builders to explore and bring their own dreams to life.
“I look forward to seeing this transformational community grow and flourish in the years to come.”
Ian Worthington, Lennium Group Development Manager, said the opening of the Lilywood Landings Display Village marked an exciting milestone for the new city of Waraba.
“The Display Village represents the first glimpse of what’s to come for Waraba,” he said.
“This is a city built for the future, where innovation in design and lifestyle come together. We’re proud to partner with Master Builders Queensland to deliver a display village that not only showcases high-quality homes but also reflects the vision we have for a vibrant, well-connected community.
“Bringing together 18 leading builders in one location has been an extraordinary effort, and it’s only the beginning. As Waraba continues to evolve, Lilywood Landings will set the tone for the kind of quality and liveability people can expect here.”
