Iconic projects take centre stage at Sunshine Coast Awards

18 August 2023

From leisure facilities and retail fitouts to seaside mansions and iconic apartments, this year's Sunshine Coast Master Builders 2023 Housing & Construction Awards showed off superb craftsmanship and innovation.

The best of the best in the building and construction industry were celebrated at the Awards held at Caloundra Events Centre on Friday, 18 August.

Nick Hayes Constructions were the big winners on the night, securing the sought-after Xact Accounting House of the Year with their spectacular beachfront mansion, Wilson Beach House located in Dicky Beach

Designed by architect, Charles Wright, the home is an inter-generational resort-style beach house that highlights low maintenance and durability.
