With two master bedrooms both equally as sizeable as one another along with two guest bedrooms and ensuites, this home has been designed and built with a specific client in mind.

Although this property is made from concrete, the four feature timber screens on both front and back facades produce added privacy, as well as a delicacy and warmth to the texture against the bold concrete.

"This project epitomizes the essence of the President's Award."

"The quality finish and the level of detail are second to none and could only have been achieved through detailed planning."

" Cascadia truly meets the brief, which was to build a contemporary, modern, private oasis."
