With eight tennis courts, a 12-court netball facility, an aquatic center with five pools, a fitness and community center, the Pimpama Sports Hub offers top-class amenities.

"The green credentials of this project are remarkable with a cogeneration plant, 800kw solar and battery system, EV charging stations, reclaimed rainwater, and drought tolerant planting."

Broadbeach Waters home is also a concrete masterpiece

Winner of the 2022 Gold Coast BUSSQ Building Super President's Award - Cascadia by Clamroc Constructions

Cascadia is a double-storey concrete masterpiece, both internally and externally, that blends effortlessly with the surrounding environment, utilizing the natural light and spectacular views.

By constructing the pool in the middle of the home rather than on the canal side, Cascadia creates the feeling of seclusion and privacy, while realistically being meters away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

With two master bedrooms both equally as sizeable as one another along with two guest bedrooms and ensuites, this home has been designed and built with a specific client in mind.

Although this property is made from concrete, the four feature timber screens on both front and back facades produce added privacy, as well as a delicacy and warmth to the texture against the bold concrete.

"This project epitomizes the essence of the President's Award."

"The quality finish and the level of detail are second to none and could only have been achieved through detailed planning."

" Cascadia truly meets the brief, which was to build a contemporary, modern, private oasis."
