Changes to 2020 wage circulars

The Fair Work Commission has released a series of decisions that either change or clarify the payment of overtime to casuals in a number of Awards.

These decisions will be effective from 20 November 2020.

Decisions of interest have been made to the following Awards:

Changes to overtime

• Gardening and Landscaping Award
• Pest Control Industry Award
• Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award
• Clerks Private Sector Award

Clarification of existing entitlement

• Miscellaneous Award
• Manufacturing and Associated Industries Award
