Christmas closures

All Master Builders’ offices will close over the Christmas break. We’ll be back in the New Year ready to serve and support you and wish you, your family and colleagues a safe and happy Christmas. Any questions, please call 1300 30 50 10.

Closing and reopening dates

Our Insurance team is taking a break over Christmas; however, we remain on call for any urgent assistance required during the holiday period (except public holidays). Please contact our team on 1300 13 13 26 for any urgent enquiries and 1300 13 13 24 for the Home Warranty team.

Master Builders’ training will resume in January.

Holding account closed over Christmas shutdown

The Master Builders Holding Account will close over the Christmas break. It will be unavailable from 12.00pm Thursday, 18 December 2025 until Monday, 5 January 2026. No deposit receipts or releases will be processed during this time.

If you need to use the Holding Account leading up to the Christmas closedown, please allow sufficient time for a transaction to be processed. Any Deposit or Release Forms for processing must be received by Master Builders by 
Wednesday, 18 December 2024 before 12.00 pm.

eShop

Master Builders' eShop will close for the Christmas break. While you can still make online purchases, orders received after COB Friday, 19 December 2025 will be processed when our Brisbane office reopens on Monday 5 January 2026.

For personalised signs, orders received after Friday, 12 December 2025 will be processed on Monday 5 January 2026.
