2019 wage circulars now available

The Fair Work Commission Minimum Wage Panel recently handed down its 2019 minimum wage ruling and to help you implement the change within your business, our 2019 wage circulars are now available.

From the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2019 the national minimum wage will increase by $21.60 per week or 57 cents per hour (on the basis of a 38-hour week). This represents a rise of 3% from the current national minimum wage of $719.20 per week. The national minimum wage will now be $740.80 per week or $19.49 per hour. A 3% increase will also flow on to Modern Award rates.
