The Emerging Women in Construction (EWIC) is here to support the career growth of female apprentices in Queensland’s construction industry. Our program provides invaluable mentorship, practical advice, and industry connections. Through mentoring, workshops, networking events, and online resources, we empower women to succeed in the construction industry. Join us and shape your future.
The EWIC program is funded by the Queensland Government through the Women in Trades Mentoring Program. To be eligible for the funded price you must be a Master Builders member or be a building or construction company with at least one EWIC program participant.
