It's just not on
Bullying has no place at work. Not only does it harm workers, and also damage a company's reputation and bottom line, businesses are required by law to prevent bullying at work.
This livestream online interactive workshop is designed for employers who want to create a positive and respectful workplace. Learn how to identify and prevent bullying, comply with anti-bullying legislation, and protect your business.
Bullying is a serious issue that disproportionately affects apprentices and female construction workers. These harmful behaviours not only create a toxic work environment but are unlawful.
This livestream online interactive workshop is designed to help employers create safe and respectful work, especially for those in vulnerable positions. Learn how to identify and prevent bullying, comply with anti-bullying legislation, and foster a positive culture where apprentices and workers can thrive.
