Ensuring fair and inclusive work for all workers is not only a legal obligation, but will ensure your work is more attractive to new workers and will assist their retention. This two-hour livestream workshop will guide HR and WHS professionals, and workplace leaders through your legal obligations under the relevant State and Federal legislation.
Learn how to prevent discrimination, particularly targeting apprentices and women in construction, and effectively manage potential claims. Our in-house expert will provide practical strategies to create a positive and supportive work environment for all employees.
