Successful completion will provide you with the technical qualification you require to make application for a Builder – open license through the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC).
Alternatively successful completion of the 4 required site supervisor units from the CPC60220 Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) qualification will provide you with the technical requirement you need to make application for a site supervisor – open license through the QBCC.
This course covers building construction theory and practices relating to large, high rise and complex buildings projects. It delivers the knowledge and managerial skills required to successfully manage a commercial building business delivering large scale projects.

The CPC60220 Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) comprises 10 units that teach learners how to learners how to apply knowledge of structural principles, codes, standards and legal requirements and operate at the managerial level of developing, planning and implementation of processes and systems for large, high rise and complex buildings projects.

- CPCCB6001 Apply building codes and standards to the construction process for large building projects
- CPCCB6003 Establish, maintain and review contract administration procedures and frameworks
- CPCCBC6018 Manage processes for complying with legal obligations of a building or construction contractor
- BSBWHS516 contribute to developing, implementing and maintaining an organisations WH&S management system
