  • Estimating, tendering and contractor management
  • Best practice selection and management of contractors
  • Project planning for builders
  • Applying Codes and Standards in the real world
  • Managing commercial building projects
  • Selecting and managing materials.

  • Accelerator program: $6,585 (must have completed current Cert IV in Building and Construction*)

Full RPL (18 units) prices:

RPL with Cert IV in Building and Construction* (13 units) prices:

RPL Site Supervisor (7 units only) prices:

  • Members: $2,023 (GST exempt)
  • Non-members: $2,223 (GST exempt)

Face-to-face eligibility  

To enrol students must:

  • Demonstrate a minimum of two years commercial sector industry experience or completion of a Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Certificate IV qualification is a mandatory requirement for accelerator program) or hold a current Builder Low Rise licence.
  • Demonstrate a satisfactory level of Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)
  • Have access to internet and email
  • Have a modern laptop (preferably Windows based) with Microsoft programs and Adobe Reader, that can be used throughout the course duration for class work and assessments.
