Course outline
- Grasp the core elements of sexual harassment: its forms, causes, and consequences.
- Recognise the role of gender inequality: How it contributes to and perpetuates sexual harassment.
- Preventing and responding to sexual harassment
- Develop practical skills: To prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace.
- Identify workplace standards: Understand expected behaviours and processes to maintain a harassment-free environment.

CSQ provides funding to reduce the financial obstacle to training, making upskilling an affordable option for many more individuals in the construction industry. CSQ funds to a maximum of $450 for this course for eligible participants. Subject to funding availability and eligibility criteria. Call 1300 13 60 02 to check your eligibility and to enrol. Eligibility criteria applies – enrolling student must be a small/medium business owner or employee of a building and construction business (directly involved in the administrative day-to-day running of the business).
