BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management

Our BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management provides a professional development pathway for site supervisors, site managers, project managers, contract administrators, leading hands and finishing foremen.

Highly regarded in the building and construction industry, our BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed to develop leadership skills and confidence to step into a business management role.

Through our blended learning model of a mix of face-to-face delivery at residential workshops, student support sessions, and workplace projects, students will develop practical skills in areas like strategic planning, financial management, team development, risk management, and continuous improvement. The workplace project focuses on implementing strategies to improve current business operations, which can be translated back to the workplace to benefit individuals and the organisation. Workplace mentors and a Master Builders Queensland facilitator will provide support regarding the application of learnings to the workplace project.
