Course outline
The Mastering Conflict Management workshop will include the following topics:
- Finding the underlying reasons why conflicts arise at work
- Investigating various conflict resolution techniques and identifying the best tactics for various situations
- Acquiring useful, real-world techniques to defuse tense situations
- Knowing when to mediate, investigate, or take into consideration other important interventions when conflict jeopardises safety or productivity.
