Resolve conflicts with ease
We have tailored our Conflict Resolution training course specifically for the Building and Construction industry. It provides supervisors with high-level conflict resolution skills to meet the day-to-day challenges involved in building projects.
It's difficult to deliver a project on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality and safety when disputes and arguments are taking up your time.
Effective conflict management requires people to understand the signs of conflict, the sources of conflict, and the skills required to resolve conflicts.
In this workshop, you'll gain the practical skills and techniques to defuse and resolve conflict quickly and effectively, with an understanding of the emotional triggers which can escalate conflict.
- Conflict management styles
- Tips, techniques, and tactics
- The role of emotion
- Communication styles.
