Effective conflict management requires people to understand the signs of conflict, the sources of conflict, and the skills required to resolve conflicts.
In this workshop, you'll gain the practical skills and techniques to defuse and resolve conflict quickly and effectively, with an understanding of the emotional triggers which can escalate conflict.
