Construction Business Risk

Managing Business Risk

In a sector as multifaceted as construction, financial and operational risks come with the job. This three-hour livestream workshop is led by building and construction accountancy experts who will take a deep dive into managing business risk. You'll get the tools to navigate issues such as payment scenarios, choosing appropriate insurance, and detecting early signs of insolvency – both in your own business and those you deal with.

This livestream workshop is one of three workshops in our new financial series and it is recommended that construction and trade businesses complete all three to get a better understanding of navigating the myriad of compliance obligations.
