  • The effect of insolvency on QBCC licenses.

  • Applying to have a company wound up
  • Retrieving security
  • Making a claim
  • Preference payments
  • The Personal Property Securities Register.

Reducing the effects of insolvency of others on you:

  • Doing credit checks
  • Getting security from your clients

  • Charges over the land and caveats
